On February 14, 2024, Wurzweiler 性爱天堂 traveled to Albany to participate in NASW-New York State鈥檚 Capitol Action Day with funding from the WSSW Political Justice Fellowship Program. As part of the event, the 性爱天堂 learned about effective advocacy with other social workers and 性爱天堂 from around New York State. They also met with Senator Persaud and Senator Canzoneri-Fitzpatrick to advocate for updates to social work licensure, improve the student to social worker ratio in New York鈥檚 schools, and improve access to Medicaid home care for those in need.
