150th Anniversary Breakfast

A breakfast of appreciation for �԰�����’s classified staff celebrated all that these individuals do each and every day to make campus life so��enjoyable for students, faculty and staff.

Heart of �԰����� Students Service Awards

In collaboration with the �԰����� Alumni Association Board, yearly contributions support the Heart of �԰����� Student Service Awards. These awards are given to students who set an example of leadership, both at �԰����� and in the broader community.��

Mock Trial Club

The Board of Visitors supported the creation of a Mock Trial Club at �԰����� by advising on a case for support and a sustainability plan.

Student Government

In collaboration with Student Government, the Board of Visitors helped to develop a pilot plan to broaden the number of faculty and students accessing online textbooks in lieu of students having to purchase textbooks each semester

Arts, Letters, and Enterprise

The Arts, Letters, and Enterprise (ALE) program is �԰�����’s unique connection between the liberal arts classroom and the professional world. Board of Visitors members have contributed funding toward ALE Internships helping to place Tigers in highly competitive, paid internships in nonprofits across San Antonio and other U.S. cities.

Center for Experiential Learning and Career Success

Board members identified potential companies and helped make the appropriate introductions for �԰�����’s faculty for The Center for Experiential Learning and Career Success in partnership with Business Analytics and Technology faculty.

Special Exhibit

Partnering with students to honor dedicated �԰����� staff by supporting a special exhibit and an all-campus reception. Students highlighted ten of �԰�����'s classified campus workers including those affiliated with landscape and gardening; facilities and custodial services; and Aramark’s food service.
