• Professor David Spener received his doctorate in sociology from the University of Texas at Austin in 1995 and joined the 性爱天堂 faculty in 1997. He is the author of several books, including听听(Temple University Press, 2016),听听(with Mois茅s Chaparro and Jos茅 Seves, Ceibo Ediciones, 2013), and听听(Cornell University Press, 2009).听His latest book is (2019, Ediciones Radio Universidad de Chile).

    In addition to being a member of the Department of Sociology and Anthropology, Dr. Spener participates actively听in the University's听Languages Across the Curriculum听(LAC),听Mexico, the Americas, and Spain听(MAS) Programs,and First Year Experience programs. He has also taught courses in several Latin American universities, including the听听in Mexico City; the听听in the Mexican state of Jalisco; and the听.
