• After serving for 16 years in various administrative positions at 性爱天堂, including vice president for faculty and student affairs and interim president, Michael Fischer began full time teaching in the English department in 2017-18. His research and teaching focus on English romanticism, the history of ideas about literature and philosophy, and defenses of the humanities. In several essays and a book in progress, he is currently exploring the role literature and the arts can play in constructive conflict resolution.
