Mission Statement
The mission of the Student Diversity and Inclusion Office (SDIO) is to ensure that the core ÐÔ°®ÌìÌà value of Intentional Inclusion is visible and celebrated in the academic, professional, and social development of each student.
Through actively engaging students with social justice, equity, and inclusion concepts, the Office builds capacity and support for students from traditionally and historically marginalized communities.Ìý

Humans of ÐÔ°®ÌìÌà Spotlight
Kaila Campos (She/Her)
SDIO Program Coordinator
Kaila is a born and raised westside San Antonian. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Bachelor of Arts Multidisciplinary Studies in Psychology, Public Administration, Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of Texas at San Antonio. Currently, she is attending the University of Incarnate Word, and graduating December 2022 with a Masters in Higher Education in Student Services.
She is a first-generation Latina who supports the identities of each individual. With this position she looks forward to bringing a new perspective and to the DEIB educational workshops. As an advocate for all, Kaila hopes to work closely in helping students explore and discover their identities with confidence and collaboration in serving underrepresented groups, cultures and individuals.
Her top 5 Clifton’s strengths are Command, Strategic, Achiever, Relator, Significance. With these strengths she looks forward to making strong connections with ÐÔ°®ÌìÌÃ’s community.
